Every single person on the face of the earth is blessed with one gift or the other. That is what we refer to as talent. There is no one who is without one. It does not matter whether you were born in Burma or Burundi. It makes not difference whether you live in Alaska or Algeria. We are all endowed in one way or the other.
This endowment remains dormant until you can develop that talent into a skill level. No one pays for raw talents. They pay for it when it is refined and polished - that is when it becomes a skill. Skillful people are a scarce commodity; what we have in quantum are theoretically educated people who can explain everything but not able to practically do what they know in theory.

The reason we have plenty people beneath the pyramid of the earth is because very few people are ready to develop their talents into skill levels.
